UFO Sightings: Commercial Pilot Captures Photo of UFO in Caloundra, Queensland

An experienced commercial pilot was left baffled last Good Friday, April 18, after witnessing and capturing an image of a mysterious in-flight object over Caloundra in Queensland, Australia. The witness revealed in the Sunshine Coast Daily report that the UFO sighting occurred at about 8 pm while admiring the night sky with a number of friends.

The appearance and movement of the lights made the 30-year commercial pilot think that the objects were Chinese lanterns getting higher in the south sky before heading east. However, the third light with a warm orange glow that suddenly appeared and changed direction made the self-confessed skeptic witness question his belief on UFOs.

"We were looking for an identifier; a beacon or strobe light but there wasn't any. I thought it had the characteristics of an object that could fly and I was curious as to what the lights were," the unnamed commercial pilot recounted.

We just want respect’: Inside Britain’s first ‘support group’ for UFO victims

People who have befriended aliens, had hybrid alien children, and developed eerie powers of prophecy after taking rides on alien spacecraft are among the star speakers who will take the stage at Britain’s only “support group” for those who claim to have met aliens.

UFO Fair makes for out-of-this-world day in Pine Bush

PINE BUSH — All over town Saturday, there were blow-up figures of space aliens, mostly green, sometimes purple, with oversized heads and swollen eyes, as the hamlet celebrated its fourth annual UFO Fair.

And on Main Street, you could choose from an out-of-this-world selection of space alien merchandise: alien hats, alien magnets, alien eyes, alien jewelry, alien bobble heads — even alien pet rocks.

Pine Bush has a long history of UFO sightings, dating back at least back to the 1920s. Folks in the business community have seized on the alien fascination to get people to visit their hamlet that sits on the northern tip of Orange County.

Over at Pine Bush House bed and breakfast on Maple Avenue, proprietor Barbara Grey, dressed in a green, polka-dot outfit, was booked solid. Alien figures hung from her front porch and a psychic was doing readings for $20 for 20 minutes.

Organizers said 7,000 people came last year, and they were hoping for at least that many this year.

But beyond all the fun on Main Street, a controversy has been hovering over Pine Bush and its school district.

Witness Snaps Photo as UFO Hovers Over Ohio Field

Two Ohio witnesses at Springfield reported watching and photographing a triangle-shaped object hovering over a field along a country road on April 23, 2014, according to testimony in Case 55763 from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

The reporting witness was driving with his girlfriend to his brother's home when they first noticed the object.

"At first she thought it was a helicopter, but as we got closer it looked like a triangle hovering over a field," the witness stated.read more

PICTURES: UFO spotted above Portreath

AN UNIDENTIFIED flying object (UFO) was spotted by several people in the skies above Portreath last night.

The mystery object, which has been described as “quite large” and “triangular”, was spotted around 11pm by households in the Porthreath and Helston areas.

Now founder of the Cornwall UFO Research Group (Cuforg), Dave Gillham, is appealing for witnesses to come forward to shed some light on the unexplained aircraft.

Mr Gillham said: “I like to log these things to find out what they are.

“Apparently there were quite a few people who saw the sighting last night.

“It’s nice to hear from people who have seen sightings and most people do appreciate someone who is interested in it as when they tell people who are not interested they tend to get ridiculed and they become reluctant to talk about sightings.”

The Cuforg founder was one of five people currently known to have seen the UFO.

Mr Gillham said: ““It had a lot of white lights at the front but none that I could see at the back.

“It came from the Porthreath area and very slowly and quieter than a helicopter or plane [and] headed towards Helston.

New York’s UFO capital welcomes visitors from out of this world

The truth is out there — in fact, it might be just up the New York State Thruway.

Here are a couple of things you probably didn’t know: New York has its own Roswell — an unofficial UFO sighting capital. And that capital is the small town of Pine Bush, about an hour and a half north of Manhattan on the west side of the Hudson.
