The clip shows a military aircraft dropping a bomb on what can only be described as a bizarre, throbbing jellyfish-like object

This extraordinary video purports to capture the moment a fighter jet destroys a giant 'alien monster' in the desert.

The incredible one minute, 41 second clip, uploaded to YouTube, shows a sleek military aircraft zooming through the sky near Durango, in New Mexico, in the United States.

The camera then pans to show two US soldiers in the foreground, watching a bizarre, throbbing jellyfish-like object in the middle distance.

The plane then flies over the weird entity and a bomb is dropped, causing flames to erupt within it.

A plume of smoke then rises into the air as the creature disappears from view.

The video was uploaded by a user known as Section 51 and has been viewed more than 3,000 times.

A note accompanying the video reads: "May 2014 - A giant "alien" creature was found in the desert of New Mexico (Durango area).

"US army sent Air Force to eliminate the threat.

"This is the only information we got from our contact."

Is this white light over Auckland a UFO?

An unusual white light in Auckland's sky last night has some wondering if they saw a UFO.

Auckland man Andrew Russell said he saw the light in the sky while waiting in Pt Chevalier for a bus.

"I noticed people stopping their cars by the Z petrol station. Then a girl ran across the road saying 'oh my gosh, did you see that?' I thought she was a drunk actually."

Russell said he saw a "stunning brightly lit white shield shaped light in the sky".

It appeared to be gliding over the NorthWest motorway and was not making a sound.

He thought about 30 people had stopped what they were doing to watch the light.

Others posted about the light on the UFOs over Auckland Facebook page. 

A Stardome Observatory spokesman said it appeared the object was likely a multi-prop drone.read more and watch video

UFO crash lands in China

Resident in the Heilongjiang province in China reported seeing three UFOs darting across the sky and apparently one of them came crashing down into in a man’s vegetable garden.

According to Chinanews.com, villagers in Mengchang saw three objects falling from the sky this morning. Soon after they heard a “huge piercing sound,” and a huge ball of flame came crashing down into the vegetable garden of one of the villagers.

What they found in the garden looks straight out of a science-fiction movie. It appears to be a large metal ball covered by a layer of jagged material. According to China Radio International,  China Central Televisionnews is reporting the object to be about 2 and a half feet wide and weighing nearly 90 pounds.read more

UFO crashes through St. Paul apartment window

SAINT PAUL, Minn. - Bob Urman said he was sitting down in his recliner to take in a Twins game the night of May 7th when just after the first pitch, something came crashing through his St. Paul apartment's window.

"It scared the living heck out of me," said Urman. "I just stood there I was stunned."

The bizarre object was spotted flying over Maassluis

This extraordinary video footage appears to show a BLUE UFO .

The mysterious object was captured flying over Maassluis in Holland.

Dick Smits was using his video camera to record a boat travelling along a canal when he suddenly spotted the blue object.

As reported by OpenMinds.TV, he then began filming it for several minutes as it hovered at speed.

It is not known how it disappeared from view and so far nobody has come forward to say they know what it is.

The strange object was spotted in the middle of the afternoon on April 11.

Last week, pictures emerged of another strange object flying over north London, prompting some to speculate it could be a UFO.
